Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place your items in their original velvet pouch or gift box and secure them in a protective shipping mailer.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
